This Privacy Policy describes how Developer (“Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, processes, and protects information in connection with any iOS mobile application developed, published, or distributed by Developer (collectively, the “Applications”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of the Applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all iOS mobile applications developed and distributed by Developer through the Apple App Store or other authorized distribution platforms. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked within the Applications.

2. “AS IS” Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All Applications are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
  • We are not responsible for data loss, device malfunction, system damage, lost profits, business interruption, or personal injury arising from use of the Applications.
  • Users assume full responsibility for how they use the Applications.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the specific Application and its functionality, we may collect:

  • Account registration details
  • Email address (only if you choose to provide it within an Application feature or support flow)
  • Support communications
  • User-generated content
  • Feedback or survey responses

13. App Store & Platform Responsibility Disclaimer

The Applications are distributed via Apple Inc. The Developer is solely responsible for the Applications’ content and privacy practices. Apple Inc. is not responsible for the Applications’ privacy practices except as required under Apple’s own policies.

14. Indemnification

By using the Applications, users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Developer from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from misuse of the Applications, violation of this Privacy Policy, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Applications after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

16. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
